Turning

Our CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) and Screw turning machinery enable us to manufacture very small, precise, intricate and complex parts with the shorter lead time in both mass production and sampling or First Article size lots. Many of these turning centers are equipped with bar feeders that provide the faster speed of the automatic machining with machinery accuracy.

Our machinery are in perfect compliment to the single and multi-spindle automatics. It can hold tolerances as tight as 0.005mm or better.

Our work typically involves the machining of a wide variety of metals including aluminum, stainless steels, bronze, copper, and other alloys.

Some parts in material bronze and copper are then plated in Nickel, Tin or Gold and that in material stainless steel then in the process on passivation as to enhance its chemical resistance.
